
How to Prepare
- Simmer the base
- Slice 1 medium red onion 🧅
- Add a few slices of fresh ginger 🌱

- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until fragrant.
- Strain the liquid

- Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice 🍋.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of raw honey 🍯.
