He sat quietly, head lowered, yet there was something in his posture that drew them in: a quiet dignity, gentle patience, and a glimmer of hope.
That tiny spark in his eyes flickered once more. Slowly, he lifted his head. His tail gave a hesitant wag, and for the first time in years, a sense of possibility stirred within him.
