Double Cheeseburger Pizza Stack

1. Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, lightly beaten eggs, breadcrumbs (if using), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined to avoid dense patties.

2. Shape the Patties

Divide the mixture into three equal portions. Shape each into large, flat patties roughly the size of your pizza crusts to ensure even layering.

3. Cook the Patties

Heat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked through. Transfer patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.

4. Assemble the Stack

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place one pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard over the crust to mimic classic burger sauces. Add one cooked beef patty on top. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add diced pickles and red onions if desired. Repeat the layering with the second and third pizza crusts, patties, and cheese.

5. Bake to Perfection

Bake the assembled stack for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the crust edges are crisp and golden.

6. Garnish and Serve

Let the stack rest for 5 minutes. Top with fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and drizzle with burger sauce or mayo to enhance the cheeseburger experience. Slice like a pizza and serve immediately.
