Who is Mama V?
Mama V is a remarkable woman whose story is rooted in resilience and determination. A mother of three, she has children living across the country: her eldest daughter resides in Michigan, while her two sons are serving in the military in different locations. Growing up in Alabama, Mama V faced her share of personal struggles, including severe anxiety and a difficult past. At a certain point, she realized that the fast-paced, urban lifestyle she had been living was no longer serving her well. It was time for a radical change.
