1. Preheat and Grease
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
2. Mix and Season
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
- Optional: Mix directly in the casserole dish and brown the sausage before adding.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
4. Finish
- Remove foil and bake 5–10 more minutes for a golden top.
