Green Beans and Potatoes with Sausage

  • Optional: Mix directly in the casserole dish and brown the sausage before adding.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.

4. Finish

  • Remove foil and bake 5–10 more minutes for a golden top.
