🌿 1. Guava Leaf Compress to Reduce Inflammation
Useful for: tired eyes, swollen eyelids, mild redness.
Wash 5–6 fresh guava leaves
Boil in 0.5 liters of water for about 10 minutes
Strain the water and let it cool to lukewarm
How to use:
Soak sterile gauze in the leaf water, place on closed eyelids for 10 minutes.
