To the food processor with your whole eggs and yolks, add:

- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
Process the mixture on high until it’s completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed to ensure everything is well-blended.

Take the reserved egg whites and chop them roughly. These little chunks will give the dip texture and make it feel more like a true deviled egg.
Fold the chopped egg whites gently into the smooth egg mixture. Don’t over-mix — just enough to distribute them evenly.
