Meghan’s recent appearance at the 2025 Baby2Baby gala reflected the results of years of dedication to her health. She credited a combination of strength training, balanced nutrition, and scientific support for her transformation.

“I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my second pregnancy,” she shared.

Mounjaro, an FDA-approved medication (tirzepatide) that helps regulate appetite, was part of a holistic approach that also included protein-rich meals, consistent exercise, and biohacking strategies.

Her workout routine shifted from endless cardio to a focus on strength training, allowing her to rebuild muscle, maintain curves, and reduce inflammation.

Meghan trains three times a week with her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, and follows a diet that includes eggs, turkey bacon, and meal-delivery plans designed for balanced nutrition.
