- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced with peel)
- 4–5 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches, sliced)
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 5–6 cloves
- 3 cups of water
💛 (Optional: 1 tbsp honey after boiling)
🔥 Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a pot with 3 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm — you can add honey for taste.
