Barbara O’Neill’s Turmeric Soak Formula
This simple yet effective remedy can be easily prepared at home. It involves soaking your feet in a warm turmeric-infused solution to allow the healing properties to absorb into your body.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of organic turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of ginger powder (optional, for enhanced circulation)
- ½ cup of Epsom salt (for detoxification)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (for balancing pH levels)
- 3 liters (about 12 cups) of warm water
Instructions:
- Fill a large basin with warm water.
- Add turmeric powder, ginger powder, and Epsom salt.
- Stir well until all ingredients dissolve.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar and mix again.
- Soak your feet in the solution for 20–30 minutes.
- Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
