Homemade Uses of Yarrow
1. Yarrow Tea (For internal healing and immune support)
– Ingredients: 1 tsp dried yarrow leaves/flowers, 1 cup hot water
– Instructions: Steep yarrow in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink 1–3 cups per day.

3. Yarrow Poultice (For wounds, cuts, or bug bites)
– Instructions: Crush fresh yarrow leaves and apply directly to the skin. Wrap with clean cloth or gauze.
