- Hot water

- Dish soap (degreasing works best)

- Soft brush or gentle scrubber

Before You Start
Tap the filter gently over a trash can to remove loose debris.
Make Your Cleaning Solution
Fill your sink with hot water, add a big squirt of dish soap, then mix in ¼–½ cup of baking soda.
Soak the Filter
Scrub Gently
Use your soft brush to clean edges and corners where grease collects.
Rinse and Dry
Rinse under hot water and let the filter dry completely before putting it back.
