🫖 How to Prepare the Infusion (Tea)

Ingredients:

  • 5 bitter kola nuts, grated
  • 5 slices of garlic, crushed or chopped
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp of whole cloves
  • 1 liter of water
  • (Optional) 1–2 tbsp of raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Grate or crush the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add all ingredients to a clean glass container or jar.
  3. Add the cloves.
  4. Pour in 1 liter of fresh water.
  5. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (overnight).
  6. Strain before drinking.
